Just downloaded the app for the obvious purpose of ordering food.
Nearly all restaurants were arbitrarily closed until Friday, 20.24, or a little later, same day until 20.38.
The so-called support says Foodpanda has logistical issues but has no actually explanations or solutions.
However, one of the restaurants which was earlier closed magically opened up. However, when trying to order I was told that the address select feature was temporarily unavailable and consequently, there must be no working restaurants on this app.
Need to fix Pro version
Please fix the issue with cards for Foodpanda Pro.
I am in Thailand. I have a Visa card from a Thai bank and a MasterCard from another Thai bank. I tried to purchase the Pro version through the app, following all the support instructions. I also tried to do it from my computer, but it was unsuccessful. Support cannot give a clear answer on why I cannot attach a card for the Pro version. Please fix it.

Terrible service
Horrible service. They provide an estimated time, but as that time approaches, they keep extending it, saying they need a little more time. An additional hour is not ‘a little time’! The driver makes multiple deliveries without prior notice, making me wait even longer. Food Panda provides no way to contact customer service, forcing customers to accept this terrible condition.
No option provided to cancel order, users are forced to submit tips with every order and cannot change this option.

If you wanna order food wait 2 hour then the order get canceled when you contact customer service and you get offered a 50 baht voucher this is the food app for you
Delivered my food to wrong condo too many times
Especially if you order some grocery and rider delivered to the wrong address, you will never be refunded.
