I paid with online payment the shop is cancel and then The Food Panda did not refund for order for so many time.I asked to refund so many time through App.and Messanger but did not refund.So bad for Financal Case.

The new app user interface is terrible. The ui/ux team tried to copy from everyone and came up with this horsesh*t. The segmentation is also messed up. New restaurants/shops lost their section too. Customer journey from the get-go is ruined. I bet this will impact your business too. I hope that brings you back to your senses. Not everything is ‘innovation’. Clowns.

They don’t understand what is my problem and keep saying things irrelevant, I just try to know what is the process to apply certain voucher because if you use certain card it may apply after you choose the payment method ; but they directly tell me cannot help me to use this voucher, there is no manual exemption, treat me as a fraud user. Worst experience ever. Let alone there are so many technical issues. I use personally only because company cooperates but from today will never choose for personal use.

Food panda used to be one of my favourite apps but nowadays it’s really unbearable because of the “pick up” options. Restaurants that are near me and not too far away also shows that “ delivery unavailable order for pick up” option it’s actually really annoying because sometimes when I’m busy and craving for a certain restaurant or something I can’t get it because food panda always shows it’s unavailable. And it’s “always” not like sometimes it’s available. So it’s getting really annoying . Fortunately I’ve Pathao on my back. Because its always available

Worst app you ever can use I’ve been scammed from foodpanda for 4242 Thai baht cause of foodpanda and I reported that and they don’t let me to type anything to explain for them, and I have all the proof with me if someone thinks that I’m lying. I don’t recommend anyone to use it, if you looking for something better and you can trust just use Grab

they get the order wrong and I went to the chat to explain that they failed to deliver a coke. They would not refund my money and gave me this generic response saying they can’t refund. The platform is good until something goes wrong. I wouldn’t trust the company.
