For example, I searched for shawarma and selected chicken and veg shawarma priced at Rs. 350. But after moving ahead, it asked for size twice — once I selected “half,” the price increased by Rs. 100. Then the same size option appeared again, and selecting it increased the price by another Rs. 100. So the Rs. 350 item became Rs. 550. This is a serious bug. This happens on almost every item, even those where size options don’t make sense. First, it shows ‘Service Not Available’ even in well-known areas of Karachi and Islamabad. Second, when trying to select or change the delivery area via the app’s map, it defaults to an unknown location without providing any option to change it. Currently, I’m in Islamabad, but the app insists on showing a Karachi location, which seems to be a glitch.
