Switch your usual journey by train or bus for a faster, fun, and more sustainable way to get around. Plus, we’re the only shared ebike app that after a £1 unlock, gives you up to 30 free ride minutes on every Pay As You Go (PAYG) ride.

HOW TO GET STARTED:
1. Download the app, create a free account and accept our Terms and Conditions.
2. Find your nearest Forest bike out of thousands across London using the map in the app.
3. Unlock a bike for £1 using the QR codes on the bike itself, or by tapping the selected bike on the app.
4. Enjoy an emissions free ride!

WAYS TO RIDE:
1. PAYG: Simply unlock a bike for £1, get up to 30 free ride minutes, then pay 29p thereafter.
2. Buy a bundle: If you’re making longer trips, or planning multiple trips over a longer time.
3. Subscribe to Forest Plus: If you want the best value riding option.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the Forest app, which failed to function properly during my recent bike ride in London. Despite following the instructions and attempting to park the bike in a designated area as indicated in your app, I was unable to end the ride. This malfunction has resulted in continuous charges, unfairly draining my account.This is unacceptable and feels like a blatant theft of my money. I demand an immediate refund of the charges incurred due to the app's malfunction. Please find attached the invoice showing the erroneous charges.It is extremely disrespectful to provide a service that fails to work as advertised, causing users to lose both time and money. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to leave a negative review to warn others about this faulty application and the poor customer service.I expect to receive my refund urgently and trust that you will take this matter seriously.

App was working great for 3 weeks. Now with todays update on iPhone app is no longer working and giving a code error message.

+1 star for free 10 minutes of daily usage. 

However, the rest of the experience is awful. The app doesn’t work (bikes are never where they say they are, slow to load, forgets that you are on a ride, interface makes no sense). It can be a frustrating experience. 

The fee system also is completely inconsistent. Do they charge a parking fee inside the parking zones, or not? Why does my emailed receipt always differ from the one in-app? How many minutes do I have remaining within my 10 minutes of free biking time and why is this not tracked? 

Bikes work well enough. Maybe 1/3 rides the motor will fail. 

Would recommend using another service unless there’s a large number of them in your neighborhood. But overall, the headache is not really worth the ~£1 savings vs other providers.

Been trying out all the e-bike apps in London to solve my commute. Love the sustainability ethos behind the app. Small incentives to watch ads that are geared towards green consumer behavior, and best of all first 10 min of each day is free! Green and clean way to get around the city :)
