1. You can read the invoice but not able download in iPhone (no idea on other platforms) 2. The online support is not functional, no live chat and even the link of support requisition form is not working.

Quite a buggy app, and unreliable WHMS. Bugs 1. Infinite loading screen when selecting delivery/pick-up dates 2. High latency after selecting a button (4-7 secs response time) 3. App disconnects from internet, resetting pages Reliability - I ordered an item and was given an option to pick up in the same day. Arrived at Fortress two hours after purchasing, worker scanned the QR code and inventory displays none available, so was told that it may still be on the way. Understandable, I came back at 6 hrs later only to encounter the same issue. After waiting for half an hr, the workers returned with the item and expressed sincerity for the inventory issue since there was stock available. (Kind staff, but this is an app review)

Terrible app - so slow and it freezes - tried to buy something on the app and it takes forever to search and the checkout process is terrible whereby I try to apply the discount code for Black Friday and it just freezes It already wasted so much of my time when I try to register the membership on the app I ended up having to go out the app and use safari website to do it. Pls improve

喺確認付款之前沒有地方可以選擇送貨或自取，所以價錢一直有顯示送貨運費，令到付款前會覺得價錢有問題，不敢按下確定

貓貓喜歡玩。這玩具的設計很好，像真的老鼠走動方向多變同很快。
