The sign up function keeps locking people away. I have tried signing up with Facebook, Apple, Google or manually but the sign up button at the end of the page is just dimmed and not useable. Total scam of money!!!

It keeps crash when I use, please try to fix it, should be easy.

I have tried several times to sign up or login in. Always pop up something is wrong. So bad experience even I paid HKD 23. My advice that do not use it. It’s not worthwhile at all. Only waste of time.

The login got problems. I can’t use the app. I request to refund the money, please.

Awesome app, will be better if it supports landscape orientation on iPadOS.

Application is good, but login is a problem, try login with Facebook account, after that just jump out from the app, the setting keep me in french, glad still can identify, and e-learning after I reverse to home page, then it is not able to use, anyway I like this app, but I wish these can be fixed soon, login problem please fix.

I like this app very much. I don't need to use my notebook to access the web site. At the same time, it'll save me from tapping if the search field can be automatically highlighted when hitting - the Back link, or - the Search icon at the bottom. Of course, it will be great if the keyboard can be triggered when the search field is highlighted. Good work!

Firstly, in the search page of the app, there is a "magnifying glass" on the right of the box where one can type. This "magnifying glass" button is useless because we can look up the words by touching the "search" icon at the bottom of the page. Please replace the "magnifying glass" icon with a functioning "cross" icon instead so we can quickly erase any previous entry and start searching another new word again. This will be more user friendly and will be in keeping with the current standard of most dictionary apps. Secondly, the previous app logo definitely looks more beautiful, smarter and more professional. The current version's logo is too dull to appeal to anyone. The negative impact to a brand's image as a result of the new ugly logo cannot be underestimated. Please return to the previous app logo. Thank you.
