Csak egy érintés, és a hozzád legközelebb található taxi már el is indul
érted.
Az sem gond, ha egyszerre több taxi várakozik az utcán, hiszen azonnal
megkapod a taxid
rendszámát, színét, típusát is, a megkeresése így csak néhány pillanat!

• Zajos, zsúfolt helyen is elérhető, ahol a mobil hívás zavaró, vagy
problémás lehet (pl. szórakozóhelyen)
• A valós, aktuális forgalmi viszonyok alapján tervezi az útvonalat
• Látom a telefon kijelzőjén, hogy melyik taxi fogadta a rendelésem és
mikor jön értem, (rendszám és autótípus szerint), merről érkezik,
mennyi idő múlva ér oda hozzám (pl. 3 perc 27 mp múlva)
• Külföldiek, helyismerettel nem rendelkezők is tudnak taxit rendelni
(pontos helymeghatározást nem igényel, hiszen a térképen jelzi a saját
pozíciót)
• Nagyothallók, némák számára is ideális: nem kell telefonálni
• Megadhatom a kedvenc címeimet is
• Ahol nincs GPS lefedettség, (pl.szórakozóhelyen) - itt is tudok taxit rendelni
• Ellenőrzött a kalkulált ár is
• Helyismeret híján vagy nagyobb rendezvényeken is jól használható:
pontosan megmutatja, hogy a saját pozíciómhoz képest pontosan hol áll
a taxi (rendszám, kocsitípus): ha több taxi is vár az épület előtt,
segíti az eligazodást
• Jelzést kap az utas, amikor megérkezik a taxi illetve 3 perccel előtte

Az alkalmazás adat frissítése nem teljesen valós idejű. Már rég beszálltam a taxiba, mikor az app még azt mutatja a taxim hamarosan érkezik. Emellett, hiába van fixen beállítva a számla igény előre rögzített bankkártya adatokkal, a taxis szájába kell rágni mindent, különben nem fog számlát küldeni.

Rendeltem taxit 6 órával késöbbre és két órán át “pending”-ként volt jelölve. Még fel is hívtam a központi számot ahol közölték, hogy igen bent van a rendszerben és a kolleganő mindjárt  kiküldi a megerősítést. Aztán egy órára rá el lett utasítva. Ez nem színvonal!

Ha jot akarsz, masik taxis appot hasznalj. Taxisok bunkok, nem varnak meg, nem ertik, hogy hol vagy (pedig a Westendnel, Vaci uton ez nem bonyolult). Megbeszelitek, hogy hol talalkoztok, de nem varnak meg. Kizavartak a taxisok az ubert, azutan nem nyujtanak szolgaltatast. Great job! One star..

The car smelled as driver was hangover. The driver was forcing me to pay in the car even though i had online payment option chosen and the rude woman shouted on me on the phone that I have to pay in the car, and “she is not willing to call everyone to say there is an issue with the payment in the app”. Well, AT LEAST SEND A PUSH IN THE APP/inform through the driver at the beginning if you’re facing issues.
So I was late and made a double payment. And, a cherry on the top of this trip –
out of a sudden my number is blocked and i cannot make any further rides.

Nem elég, hogy ocsmány a felület, de taxit se lehet rajta keresztül kapni. Feladtam egy rendelést, amire neki is állt sofőrt találni. Hosszú idő után talalt egyet. Látom az applikacioban, hogy megindul felém az autó. De egyszer csak mindenfele jelzés nélkül, eldobta az utazasom és nekiállt újra sofőrt keresni. Ügyfélszolgálat természetesen nem veszi fel a telefont, hogy érdeklődjek, lesz e autóm…. Ha nem lenne preorder már rég nem ülnék soha Főtaxiba….

Soha sincsen autó, szabad kapacitás vagy bánom is én.  16 óra munka után nagyon jól tudna esni minél hamarabb hazaérkezni, a munkaadóm biztosít csekket ezzel is pluszba honorálva az aznapi fárasztó munkámat. De sokadjára el vagyok utasítva….
