Useless app

Lost money by purchasing this. Wanted to use for singapore visa application. After two photos , APp is not allowing to take any photo or to use photo from gallery. Wonder how ICa is suggesting to use these apps.

They make you review before asking for $

Useless app. After you upload your photo & the screen page for share, save & print comes up. They ask you to rate (no wonder they hv high ratings). After you rate, they ask you to pay otherwise you can’t do anything. Be upfront and don’t waste ppl’s time!

Resolution is too low for singapore requirements

Final result does not meet requirements. App does not work as claimed.

I chose this app to take my Identity Card picture because it has the function to crop along the perimeter of the image and replace it with a white background. I used this function only once and saw that the app does not crop the image clean and sharp enough to meet the requirements to be sent to the government’s office for my IC application. Upon finding out that the app does not work as well as it claims, I immediately cancelled my app subscription and am writing in my appeal for a refund. The app requires me to pay the 1-month subscription fee before being able to save the image I took and see it on a larger screen up close. That’s when I detected the final result does not meet the photo requirements. This all happened within 10 minutes. I am now looking for an alternative app that will meet my needs. Please assist me in processing my refund request. Thank you.

Should be upfront and just charge the subscription fee before we waste time and energy downloading the app and figuring out how to use it. It should say from the start that we cannot save or share the photo without subscribing to the app with a payment. In other words, this app does not work without payment. Also, it was very difficult to use the camera. Not user friendly
