Love the frames & have purchased for me and my family but the app is awful at crashing? Currently I can’t open the app without it crashing. There are two lots of photos that haven’t sent. I have tried to clear my history to see if that helps but I can’t even do that without it crashing

Spend the money to Buy a frameo frame i would have thought basic functions like editing pics once they are on your frame would be included in the free version. But you have to pay. Typical. Do not recommend.

Love having this on our kitchen bench, however when we want to load more photos we are Repeatedly having to reload wifi onto unit, and this process seems to be frustrating every time.
Seems to work flawlessly. Just a little learning curve but once you get used to it. It’s great. Good way to share your memories with my elderly mother.
Won a frameo Jackson frame as a gift from my work. Finally got around to opening the box and a big circle of the touch screen won’t respond to touch for the wifi password or selecting settings. Very disappointed with the quality of the product. Will not recommend this product to anyone. Don’t have a receipt or know where it was purchased so it will end up in the rubbish bin as the touch screen is a big part of making it work properly. Had high hopes.
