I don't know why people seem to like this app. We bought a digital frame for my mum so I downloaded the app to put a load of photos on it but it is almost completely unusable. 

Every time I select a photo from an album it pops to the top to show me the photo, so I have to scroll back to select the next on. After a tedious time selecting some photos it told me I could only upload ten at a time unless I paid to upgrade the app. 

This app is supposed to be a free tool to use to manage a product we've bought, so it is pretty dismal to attempt to charge us again just to manage photos properly. It also isn't worth paying for an app that can't perform its single function effectively. 

Skip the app, put the photos on a USB stick and don't give these people any more money for old rope.

Update: 
I received a very disingenuous response from the developer suggesting that fleecing people who have bought a product for surprise monthly charges somehow makes their ropey app better, and claiming I can do everything I need with the free version. Since what I wanted to do was preload my mum's frame with 500 photos of the family, and the app blocks me from doing that unless I pay extra, this claim is obviously false. What a shameless company.

Would not recommend this. The app is so difficult to use and greatly restricted unless you subscribe to pay for additional features. This makes the app so unfriendly the product is basically unusable with a phone. Such a waste of time. Things one cannot do without subscribing:
- send more than 10 pictures at a time
- view/edit the sent pictures on the phone app

Additionally, the frame comes with a peel off bit of plastic that one is supposed to remove after initial set up. However, the frame itself is touch screen, and with so much of the functionality being available only on the frame (and not via the app), this makes it entirely pointless.

If this hadn’t been a gift I would have returned it.
