I’ve had this app for about a year now and it’s constantly saying that construction is on the way and then they’re rebuilding the app. In my whole time having it, I have never been able to even log on.

Not sure why but this app doesn’t work and just leads you to their website. I’ve waited for it to come back but now it’s annoying just having an app that doesn’t work on my phone. Deleting.

The app has been “under construction” for over a year now and you can only use the website.

When they finally update the app I’ll change the rating. Right now, it’s not even available.

I absolutely love francesca’s so much and they have really good prices but I would like to experience it on the app since I downloaded it and not on the site ❤️

I love Francesca’s, but they NEED to update their app AND website. Many sold out items are always shown. It’s irritating having to see an item and then see it’s sold out. The prices don’t match once added to cart, I've been unable to find my wishlist items if I were to search them up by their listed name. It’s very difficult to shop under these circumstances.

i love the store, but every time i open the app, it takes me to a screen that says “We are under construction with some exciting changes!” with a link to their website. it’s been this way for several months. please fix your app.
