When I try to download a book it’s says I have to sign in. Then it says you entered the wrong user name or password. Which they made me create and is different from my library ID. So I can’t use it.

I can’t sign in. It just takes me in circles.. can’t log in.. send code to email.. enter code.. can’t log in… send new code to email… can’t log in… resend code…………… brutal. DELETE

When I download the app it doesn’t pop the adobe browser and straight take me to library where I connect and download but not able to read or open any book. Not sure why it’s happening. A help would be much appreciated. How do I make the app open the pop so I connect my adobe reader. That might be the reason I guess I am unable to read

For some reason the font size won’t change, it just makes wider margins, which doesn’t help at all. This is really annoying - I’ll let my library know that this app is poorly maintained, as the comments here have mentioned these issues for several months with no improvements.

You can’t always change the text size. Unlike other reading apps it doesn’t tell you the actual number of pages left in a book. Font choices aren’t great either. I only use it for books from the library if I have to.

It could be my aging eyes, but the maximum font size seemed to be less than 8pt on my iPad. And the lines are really long. I used Freading in the past and it had quite a nice setup. What happened?

Perfect! Now I get to stare at a red screen and can’t read any books! Please fix.

If you sign in on the browser to check out a book and then attempt to download it in the app, it gives an error. I noticed this issue maybe around a year ago and it is still there.

I’ve tried everything. I’ve reset my password 4 times. Redownloaded the app 3 times. And tried a variety of books. Every time it says I’m logged in but gives me an error box unrecognized login??? And then won’t download books. I’m fuming. I’ve been at it 40 minutes and the only digital copy of the book I want at my library is on Freading. I used freading for years with no problem. What gives.

It says I’ve downloaded the book but gives me absolutely no way to read it. Buttons available don’t even match those pictured in the store photos. Tried deleting and downloading again. Nothing works. Compared to other apps like Libby this is awful.
