Freeletics: HIIT Home Workouts

I cancelled the subscription within 24 hours and still didn't receive refund, now i dont have features for what i have purchased and it says plan is expiring in 2025, does it make any sense? they have my money and refused to refund, i tried to reach you all through email, but no help is been provided , wouldn't recommend anyone to trust this app with their money

Be careful with subscription auto renewal….does not show on Apple/itunes subscriptions

I’m a paid user. The app doesn’t record the whole data into Apple health and as consequence the running distance and pace is not recorded. The Apple Watch app doesn’t have many features neither works consistently. There are also improvements to be done in the UI as too many touches are required at the moment. Maybe there are better options out there. Edit: now there is not even an Apple Watch app

I subscribed for a nutrition plan. And i cannot find it in the Application??

It was convenient to tap finish on workout and seamlessly move to the next one with the Apple Watch integration. Which was one of the reasons why I subscribed to Freeletics. I see now that the app isn’t available in the Watch store. Kinda breaks the rhythm of the workouts especially with groundworks where I have to get up and tap next on the phone after each workout and get back on the ground again.

I’ve been using this app for the last month. I’ve tried only the workout plan (workout +diet plan also available) and the results are visible. There are plenty of workout mode like body weight training, weight lifting training, jogging or without jogging etc. you can choose the way you want whether it’s pump body or athletic shape. I’m looking forward to work with this app more.

Freeletics is such a great app, I haven’t needed to go to the gym in over a year. A lot of great workouts and flexibility depending on what equipment you have or the space you have to train. You only need discipline and you will see results.

The membership for 3 months or 6 months or whatever is not for that period, it’s forever! They keep taking your money and they wont REFUND YOU EVEN IF YOU TELL THEM I DO NOT WANT TO USE YOUR APP! They tell you once your money is in our account, it means it’s GONE!

The app is not bad, but the customer service and focus is terrible. The yearly subscription renewed for me even though I haven’t been using it for a while with no notification like you get from other businesses. I reached out to the customer support the same day saying that I canceled the subscription and that I would like to refund the money as I don’t intend to use the app anymore. Their response is no, read the terms and conditions we have the right to do it. Great, you might have the right, but still not wanting to refund a yearly subscription on the day it renewed is a bit sad, feels more like stealing money than thinking you are a good company and product and you will make it in this market. I will complain to the European agency for customer rights, it’s not the money its just a terrible business tactic that should be looked in.
