The taxi never comes and it is impossible get it. Even if the taxi did end up coming some drivers try to scam you and overall it is very expensive for the price we are paying.

They are deceived
Roma !!!Careful. They're deceived! First they indicate one amount, then another one is written off. Requests are ignored. They don't answer! Instead of 13 euros, 28 euros were withdrawn from the account. For more than a week they don't respond to requests. They send the same questions. Ignore.
Extremely useless in Rome
It’s absolutely useless app in Rome. Maybe the problem is in high season, but there are a lot of free taxis on the stations. Taxi drivers are not interested in taking orders via this app (maybe due to high fees). So they choose to take passengers from stations instead of via this app. So, that’s why queues at stations are enormous…
The worst taxi service
The worst experience to find taxi in Catania, Italy. No one driver was found for transportation.
Racism
They don't allow Russians to sign up via Russian mobile phones. They discriminate Russians. They are Racists. Don't use this app.
scam (salzburg)
estimated costs are couple of euros less then in bolt, but when u arriving to destination u get charged ~10 euros more then estimated costs. As you can read later it’s bc “black cab” is arriving which using taxi meter instead of the app costs….. happens with me here twice.

Payment always not correct. In app one price in the end they take from your card another price
Dont recommend this app. They charge extra! Drivers rude and not professional. Greece Athens !
