I ordered a photo pillow on Dec 4, 2024 for my niece for Christmas. Who unfortunately had to put her best friend, & the most precious dog (who she’s had since she was a baby) down a few months ago. Well, it has never arrived, and when I tried to contact someone about it all I got was a stupid A.I who could do nothing to help me. I guess speaking to an actual human being is too much to ask for. Which is very disappointing because I’ve ordered several items from this app before and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with my purchase. So to have this happen and not be able to speak to an actual human being about where my item is and getting no resolution at all is not only frustrating but also disappointing. The thing is that I am not an unreasonable person I know things happen especially during the month of December and packages can get loss in the chaos of things. All I wanted was to be able to speak to a human being and find a solution to the situation.

Spent several hours trying to create my free calendar only because the App keeps glitching and erasing everything I have created. Won’t allow you to upload pictures to the app and then use those so you have to go back through all your photos again. Ordered an free calendar on December 6 and When I check the app, it says my order should be arriving by December 16. Until today, December 23, I still not received my order. I tried to contact them for requesting them to resend/ reprint my order but never get any response from them. There is no tracking number for paying $8 shipping fee. Very disappointing. Be aware!
