I was excited to begin using your app regularly but was immediately turned off when I found out the free 16x20 poster isn’t actually free. You have to pay $8 shipping. While that’s not a lot, it’s the principle. I have a ton of pictures on my cloud 82,000 and whenever I want to select pictures it takes a very long time to load. The software is slow to the point I have just cancelled the print job. Recently, I placed an order for a poster I made for my older parents. I paid for a hanging frame and some adhesive “command hooks” so i could hang the poster for my parents. The hook does not work for the style poster frame, it will hang the poster BUT will show the mounting hook on the wall. These are made for hanging picture frames that have their cord secured from the middle of the picture frame. Their poster frames have their cord secured at the top, i made the string super short and it still revealed the cord. Lastly, make sure you check the pictures before you send them. in one picture shot of my parents my father has head cut off. I reached out to customer service snd they claim they print as they receive and I could have sworn that picture was good when sent. Overall I think I will be looking into shutterfly or looking for something else.
