I’ve used this to make a yearly photo book for the last 3 years however having huge issues this year. It has wiped half of the photos I have added. All images are still on my phone, none deleted. Very frustrating. Unlikely to use this app again and will try something else now that I have to restart a whole 75 page book.

Recommended to get memory Photobooks

This app is really good and prints your memories but it's super hard to not print a book and just pictures!there so good and help remember all the past and you can select your pictures and it comes in days! Photobook freeprint is a very creative app an makes many faces smile. You can select loads of pictures from your phone and print them and there deliveries are really quick. I personally lov the apps and I think its great if you want to decorate you room with the photoas on your phone freeprint is the app to go on. The reviews are as brilliant as the app and are really good. I am a happy customer with 5 stars up for there app and the smart catolog. This app is really good and I really love it as you can print animals, people, pictures, nature and much more off your phone! I highly recommend

Book never arrived. Said they had reprinted but this also never arrived. Impossible to speak to a human to try and get it sorted. I am now without a Christmas present and no chance of a refund.

You only have robot to talk to and no actual humans it’s a joke. I’ve been trying to speak to someone human for 5 days and no one gets back to me. They never delivered my order which cost me £76. These were Christmas presents I am beyond furious. Don’t waste your money or time

I ordered a book end of November that was supposed to be a Christmas present for my dad who cherishes memories more than anything. I was given a date that the book would arrive BY the 9th. The 9th came around nothing, so I ask the “AI” help and I was told, the 18th it’ll be there by the 18th. That date comes around and yet again, if it doesn’t arrive by the 26th tell us again. For a book I spent nearly £30 I expect much better quality of service and there’s not any actual people for the complaint to actually get heard. I will never recommend this app and will greatly encourage people to beware and stay far away from this app

I never usually write reviews on anything but this was amazing, i’m super happy with it and recommend it a ton. Price is a bit high but worth it 100%
