App stopped scanning sensor
I have an iPhone SE and 3 days ago the Libre app stopped scanning the sensor. I even replaced the sensor. Frustrating. How can this be fixed?

Im only using this device because its what is covered by my health insurance. Im already starting a case to have the decacom cgm covered because this app is extremely basic and constantly losing signal. Cheap medical company not bothering to make improvements. Disappointing.
Constantly disconnects from my monitor… dangerous especially if my glucose level starts to drop.
I would expect to be able to see all the datapoints collected, or at least samples every few minutes. Why would you have a graph showing trends when you are not able to see what a reading is at any given time?
No consistency with readings, constantly having to scan due to signal lost. And during low crashes it always comes up”try again in 10 minutes’ aye ok
No more alarms on IPhone with version 2.11.2.
Poor product. Results are consistently low. Just put on a new sensor. The next number of hours all at red was 2.9. Check with my Contour monitor and it was actually 7.2. Called the company reported the issue and their credit they’re sending me another sensor. We’ll see how this one works out. The last couple seem to work fine but they are always consistently low compared with the actual contour blood test monitor.
Wow! I just did a filter search for all the most recent reviews. They're basically all consistently negative going all the way back into 2023. I've just recently received a prescription from my doctor for this specific device, etc. but thanks to all the atrocious reviews I've decided not to fill that prescription and am now waiting for my doctor to point me elsewhere towards a competitor. Even my pharmacist has nothing but negative feedback for this product. Thank you to all the reviewers. You've saved me from quite a lot of stress.
I’ve had my sensor on for the last two weeks and I change it tomorrow and this sensor that I have on right now is constantly not connecting to the app on my phone. It is not giving me an automatic update. It says that it’s out of reach yet my phone is always close to the sensor. I appreciate not having to always stick my fingers to check my glucose, but I wish that it would just continuously read the sensor like it’s supposed to do. The issue I had a month ago with another sensor was it wouldn’t read and I had just installed it an hour before that. Please fix your sensors or do an update on the app so that we can get constant readings and make sure the sensor and the app are connecting properly.
Sensor fails constantly. If it’s going to work about 1/10 of the time it should be 1/10 of the price
