I just got libre 3 from Germany. My based location is uae and it’s not compatible with the app. The message I receive is incompatible sensor. This sensor cannot be used with this version of the app.

### ****- "Error in Connecting to the sensor"
I am using Libre 2.0 for quite sometimes the latest I bought two days back and plugged it to my arm. However, this sensor is providing the result automatically after each minute.

Every time I have to scan it manually to see my glucose readings.

I think it can be a software bug, as it doesn’t show Libre 2.0 in my bluetooth connection but manually it scan. Hope your developers fix this bug asap. Thanks

Abbott has such a monopoly on CGMs they don’t bother:
1. The first issue is the lack of a “snooze function”. 
Low glucose at night? In a meeting? Eat something, go back to bed/discussion, for the Libre alarm to keep ringing…!!!
2. Regions. On holiday/business trip and sensor broken or run out? Forget about buying a Libre2 locally, its likely NOT to work with the App (region).

I’ve highlighted both issue many times with Abbott, don’t bother though, don’t expect any action. Suggest to buy another sensor to change Abbott attitude towards customers.

### ***-- "Disappointing sometimes"
The idea behind it is great, however I have these two problems constantly:

1- there is always a big difference between the sensor reading and actual blood reading using traditional ways. The difference can be 20-30 points with some sensors and almost double with other sensors. I have replaced 2 sensors in the past 60 days alone as they estimated they are faulty.

2- the last sensor I got today has been registered as new 3 times and still, when the 60 minutes window for the app to recognize the sensor it over, it asks again to scan as new and takes another 60 minutes only to repeat again and again

More R&D is required to ensure a better sensor quality.

after ended the censor period, for the new censor my iPhone not scanned, every 15 days I changed my iPhone to scan Libra 2 , is there any solution I can scan new censor with my existing iPhone,

Great app! However, there are a couple of things to be improved. Sometimes the app gets stuck notifying alarms not available. Restarting bluetooth and phone not helping. The only way is to uninstall and install the app again through which you lose all your data and past records. Please either fix the bug or enable icloud backup. Thank you in advance.
