olalala je me régale
livraison au bon vouloir
cela fait plusieurs livraisons que je ne reçois pas, il arrive aussi qu’elles soient incomplètes, et même oublié ce qui est un comble quand on commande à 8h30 pour ne pas être obliger de courir dans le quartier pour avoir un repas, le support fais comme il peut souvent à l’aveugle je vais arriver la collaboration avec cette société et mes collègues aussi
Application décevante voire inutile
Trop de difficulté à passer commande avec l’application smartphone, je recommande de passer par l’interface web via un PC, si vous souhaitez manger Frichti 🤷♂️ En ce qui me concerne, j’ai fini par désinstaller l’appli de mon téléphone
La mise à jour ne fonctionne pas!
Impossible de commander suite à mise à jour de l’application… Dommage, je ne commande pas !
Qu’est-ce que cette mise à jour ?
Depuis la dernière mise à jour, commander est devenu très pénible : il n’est plus possible de payer via Apple Pay, et pour payer via une carte ticket restaurant (Edenred) il faut reconnecter son compte à chaque commande ! Pourquoi ce changement ?
Disparition de la composition nutritionnelle
On ne peut maintenant plus avoir accès à la teneur en fibres et en sucre des plats. Pourquoi enlever des informations utiles ? Si ça ne revient pas, j’irai chez Foodchéri, qui au moins est transparent 🤷♀️
C’était mieux avant
Le service client s’est complètement dégradé depuis quelques temps. Il y a certes plus de choix mais on n’y comprend rien, des produits apparaissent puis disparaissent. Si il y a un problème il nous est maintenant presque impossible de joindre le service client (reçu viande périmée et 0 réponse) La livraison coûte chère, et met 3 heures à arriver. Si les livreurs étaient mieux payés ça dérangerait peut être moins
Je désinstalle
Plus aucun intérêt, je commandais pour un plat frais quotidien, il est maintenant obligé de commander pour un minimum de 20€, c’est donc incohérent. Le temps de livraison est multiplié par trois, bref plus aucun intérêt c’est dommage c’était sympa et pratique
