I played this game with my partner for a long time way before phone verification was the go-to for logging in. Well, that’s the problem. If you were an OG Pengu user and used an email or private iCloud relay, I hate to say it, but once you log out, wipe your data, reinstall, do anything that pertains to the data of your game, your account is lost forever. That is because they removed logging in via email in its entirety. Support was of zero help and even pushed off everything.

They kept questioning if the account was even mine to begin with despite me sending multiple screenshots and account ID information. They then said “wait for the next update” not once, twice, thrice but five times.

If you’re going to play this game, just don’t. It’s plagued with ads, and support will never help you solve your problems. Towards the end, I flipped a switch in my router as to not get them

i had 2 pengus, and they were both in perfect health with full bars of food and love, but i just opened the app to check on them, and they both completely reset back to level 1. i love this app so much, but this is heartbreaking, if someone could help fix this i would appreciate it so much💔💔
