The staff was rude, and also there is so many hidden fees that get you at the end of the trip and you spend a lot more money than the nicer tickets, not even worth it at the end

so first of all our first flight was to fort lauradale airport they made us wait for 3 hours to delay and then they cancelled it after they gave us a connection flight to atlanta and then to miami international airport but we arrived to atlanta and they made us wait for 1 hour js to get out and we waited from 8:30 to 9:45 and the boarding to miami was at 9:10 and the door closes at 9:40 but they were nice enough to let us in the plane that was my experience

we got there 3 hours early and then they delayed the flight and then we waited 3 hours in the plane and they cancelled the flight after that we had to go to to counter they gave us a hotel but only for one day and check out was at 11am and the flight was at 6:30pm so we got to the airport and we wanted to check in our bags but they wouldnt let us it was super hot and after we got on the flight we landed at 8:27pm and i had a connection flight at 9:15 and apparently they close the gate at 9:40pm but the plane we were on didnt have a gate so we waited on the planw for 1 hour and at that point when we left it was 9:55pm and the gate they left us at was E31 and mind the gate i had to go was across the aiport it was E2 SO I HAD TO RUN and thankfully they let us go through but yea never ever flying with frontier again

The worst app ever!

Be careful when using this app. They have a system that automatically selects items and charges for them and then Frontier is not responsible.

Philly Frontier associates stopped us in line and made us pay $100 for a personal item without sizing it. They were incredibly rude and told us they are incentivized for finding people in line to charge. We sized it ourselves when we landed in Tampa and it was the appropriate size. The Tampa Frontier associates said they couldn’t help us since the incident happened in Philly. They gave us a card to see if we can get a refund and the website didn’t allow us to submit a ticket for this issue. They have excelled in causing strategic confusion to steal our money and keep it. We will NEVER fly frontier again.

Just print your boarding pass. Don’t bother trying to get it to load while you’re in line. You’ll have a 50-50 shot of the search working. Also why would I need to see the pass for my departure flight days ago? Make it make sense.

I paid the carry on bag fee, but when I boarding, they told me that I had to check in my bag, so I had to pay twice for my bag, very disappointed with the service!
