FTPManager is a fully featured FTP client that allows you to access files on FTP servers. Directly access and manage remote files, edit text files. Stream videos and music to your iPhone/iPad. Transfer files between iPhone/iPad and FTP server.

Has all the required features, and works both remote FTP and local on Home LAN. The free version supports 1 FTP server at a time: that has sufficed for me.

The download feature is very good - I frequently use the option to download MP4 movies and MP3 music locally to the iPhone w/o iTunes hazzle to provide me a simple offline player.

All in all, I can only recommend it.

Does what you need. Get acces to your webserver via ftp - edit a file in the texteditor and save and upload. Nice and easy. No fancy GUI - just plain and easy and usefull - and above all: for FREE!!!!
