Easy to use, quick & convenient
Ridiculous amount of spam you send then I get a reminder to say last minute for Father’s Day cards and guaranteed delivery which moon pig honour by using drivers that deliver out of hours (Sundays) so thought you’d be the same but no such luck. It’s now Monday and at 11 am you just send an email to say it’s on its way,how can you promise to deliver on time yet not even get it out on route until the dates past? It’s too late and I really regret not using moon pig who I know from recent experience delivered on a Sunday. It’s a disgusting service and I’ll delete the app so I don’t make the mistake of trusting you to deliver on time. So you can stop sending me all that spam. Thanks for nothing but wasting my time
Ordered a card and it took 5 days to turn up despite saying it probably would be next day ( yes I was that naive to believe it) will stick to moon pig from now on at least they deliver in a reasonable timeframe
I spent some time personalising a card for a relative and when I went to another page to shop for a gift, the card had vanished and I had to start all over again. This is not the first time and it’s so infuriating. Why can’t we ‘save’ our edited cards somewhere whilst we shop for gifts!? This really gets on my wick and I’m now off to Moonpig!!
For an online app based business, this app is terrible. So clunky and annoying to use. Can another company not create a decent rival so we don’t have to use this crud?
Tried to register an account, on website and app it’s seems the website kept throwing up a problem but gave NO indication what was wrong and I’m not rewriting everything over and over to find the problem. On app it does like secure passwords suggested by a password manager. So went elsewhere.
Terrible customer service, I ordered an item off them and they duplicated a number of photos, they posted out the item to me that bore no representation of the item I ordered, customer service response is we don’t care, we’ve taken your money, absolutely disgraceful.
This app is a disgrace. First of all, there’s NO integration between the app and the website – so if you save a card to your basket in the app, you can’t see it in your basket on the website, and vice versa. I can’t possibly understand why this is the case, and why this issue hasn’t been fixed years ago (let alone months). Weirdly, there’s a greyed-out “Saved to basket” option next to “Items ready for order” – why is this greyed out and, more importantly, why can’t I save my card(s) to basket? (presumably enabling me to see them in the basket on the website). Why do I HAVE to keep the card(s) in the “Items ready for order” section? Secondly, once you’ve added a card to your basket (or more appropriately “Items ready for order”), that’s it – there’s no going back. You can’t save a draft (to continue editing it on the website should you desire, or to save it for later), you can only edit, pay or delete. After all that work, you’ve got no way to save it. DON’T make the mistake of adding your card to your basket unless you’re 100% certain. Thirdly, the font colours are limited in the app, which completely ruins the personalisation experience. I went through all the effort of completing most of my personalisation to discover the exact colour I wanted had disappeared. When I logged into the website and tried personalising a random card, I noticed the colour I wanted was there, alongside a vastly bigger colour selection. The app is normally meant to be BETTER with more features, NOT worse! Finally, the current app-only discount of 40% is misleading – it only applies to one card. Ironically, if you’re purchasing two same-size cards, the basic new customer discount (currently 20%) gives the EXACT SAME total discount, as all cards are discounted in the order, not just one. So there’s absolutely NO benefit to using the app whatsoever – in fact, with the aforementioned issues, it’s actually WORSE than the website! I’ve completely wasted 1.5 hours customising two cards via the app and now have to start from scratch via the website, just so I can use my desired font colour. Once this order’s finally complete, I’ll be moving to Thortful or Moonpig for my future personalised cards.
Used to only order from here, but the app has been so awful for past year, I have swapped to Moonpig instead. Every time I create a card or an order, it crashed, once I’m past that stage, it doesn’t recognise any of the addresses to post and keep crashing. All my previous orders have disappeared and my address book has been removed. Very disappointing
