The transfer to Fuse was fast and efficient. The help line was as fast as advertised - within one minute I had a reply to my question. Useage of power is shown clearly and accurately in the on-line App. Better than trying to read our existing I H D which for 3 years under our last supplier never really worked properly. Great supplier.

Just ported to Fuse. Was having ongoing issues with Octopus. Quite concerning really. Fuse sorted everything, via online help in the app, in minutes. Octopus had failed dismally in this and every time I phoned them it never got put right. I firmly recommend Fuse. The Fuse app is easy to understand and their response is lightening fast. Happy bunny 🤩

Excellent, quick response to smart meter request, chat answered promptly, prices very good. So far very happy with the service.

I’ve just joined Fuse and don’t find the App particularly good or user friendly. However the quick, very helpful response from the chat team makes up for that. My 5 star restring is for the support team

I can’t say much else about this team as my account is still being activated, but they went above and beyond to help me to join Fuse. The app initially rejected me as my property is very rural and had an incompatible meter. When I spoke to the team and expressed how much I wanted to join, they worked that day to change the system and get the account active. They could have very easily said no and I would have had to join a different supplier, I didn’t want that because the Fuse tariffs are wayyyy better than others. They sorted it all out, very impressed so far :)

Can’t vouch enough for how good these guys are. My switch was seamless and every interaction I've had since has been great. The app is slick and intuitive and tells you everything you need to know, and gets rid of all the jargon you don't. The web-chat is reliable and you get a response almost instantly. I asked recently about their new tariffs and I was given a no nonsense, concise response that I'd be better off and save more on my current tariff than by switching to a day/night rate. Very refreshing 🙂 Fuse have really nailed it 👌
