I overall love all of the games and have previously bought the subscription before but this time when I bought it, it no longer does what it’s supposed to do (no adds) and I have emailed GameHouse and they have not responded. I would just like my subscription to work or a refund for what was paid for!!

### **--- "I like some of these games but the subscription doesn’t work"
The app isn’t easy to understand or find series for me. Id like to be able to find any game I’m searching for easily, and find the order they were made in AND the link to the app for the game (which should be expected, no?) 
That being said, the games themselves are a hit or miss for me. The new ones seem like copies that aren’t as immersive and not as well done. Still,  I REALLY like the delicious game series, the design one (forget the name— Emily’s sister ), Sally’s Spa.. the older games. I’ve bought maybe a dozen, maybe upwards of 20, before the subscription service was available. I did just get the subscription for a month to try out more games (maybe i need to give them a chance) but the subscription stopped working! Hit the restore button but it just happens again. Unfortunately it happened right after i left a critical review on one of the games, so that’s a lot of negatives that are piling up for me. The negative on that review was that a lot of the newer series don’t have stores in them so there is no changes to items being sold (gets redundant quick) and there is no store to give yourself upgrades (move faster, more patience, etc..)
TL;DR there are a variety of fun titles, a few are  great and others are meh. The subscription is worth it if you play this type of have all the time, but be careful as it is unreliable and may take legwork to fix. 
If you don’t play that often but like this type of thing, try the games and buy the ones you want (keep a photo copy of the purchase to restore later when you want to play again a min a few years and have an issue with it asking you to buy again). The ones I listed alone are my top recommendations that are still available).

Love Emily/Delicious games, and have been a fan one the beginning. When I am there was a new game in the Delicious realm, I was very excited. I had the mantle subscription, so I assumed I had access to all games. Wrong! It asked me to buy a subscription, when I already had it enable to play the games ad free. I wrote in and tried everything to get the game to work. Needless to say I need received communication back from the customer support team and so I angled my subscription. Beware with this app and how Game House does things. It feels like they are giving you the world, but then scam you out of your money. Sad, as I really like the games. It’s almost worth playing with the ads as the customer service team need gets back to you.

I’ve been a huge fan of Gamehouse Games for few years now. The Barbarous series being my favorite. This year there hasn’t been much. Secret Diaries has been released on Google Play since June and nothing for IOS. It feels this year there has been so little. As much as I want to be stupidly upset, I love the stories and know you all are hard workers, cannot wait for more stories<3

Hi, GameHouse! I just wanna say I love all your games. I love the storylines and the characters. I play these games all the time on repeat but there’s something that’s bothering me. It’s about when you have new games coming out or like tons of new games on the list. It’s always for Android first but then, IOS gets left behind. You always release them or let Android preorder them but not IOS. It’s super unfair. I’ve been so excited and I keep looking out for them but I never see them. I’m on IOS, not Android.

I purchased this subscription expecting to be able to play the games listed in the app uninterrupted and without ads just as the description says. Unfortunately I am unable to play a single game without a crazy amount of ads interrupting the games. Some games I can’t even play past the first chapter. Every game has said to buy yet another subscription on top of this one. I have tried contacting support. Unfortunately they have yet to assist me in fixing this problem after two weeks at this point it’s just a disappointment and not only the company and the app but in the customer service as well.

This app itself is fine and works good, but a lot of the older games are glitchy or simply don't work on newer iPhones. I feel like they really need to update their older games or get rid of them completely. Trying to go through the games in chronological order is a nightmare so far. The games that actually work are very good and engaging, but please fix these games or discontinue them.
