Bad experience with this app. I kept on losing money, there are several unauthorized transactions that I wasn’t aware of. I checked multiple times if ever I linked my gcash through my app for subscriptions but no, I didn’t. THEY RESPONDED ME SAYING THAT IT’S MY FAULT!!! TRASH GCASH!!!!

This app has honestly ruined itself. It takes so long and difficult to very one account nowadays. The help center is useless and unresponsive, the app is laggy, there is always something wrong with their OTP system. One things this app irritates me about is that when you verify your account, the verification process lags entirely on its self. When verifying your face or ID, it won’t work and you’ll need to redo it a hundred times before you can move on to the next procedure.
