I see the frustration as consumers find it hard to access the platform but you should realise GCB is big and a little mistake can cost you your entire savings, I got my username and password sent to me when I applied on  the short code *422#, it took weeks and all I can tell you is you can literally do everything on the app, as a software developer myself I’m very impressed, my only problem is there’s a lot of noise with the UI but this is one of the best banking app out there, so just go to the office for your details or use the short code to request for your details to access the platform.
