Everyday I’m on your customer care line complaining about something. If it’s not my funds that haven’t been credited after I made a transaction to the app, then it’s an issue with my virtual card. You always have new ways of stressing your customers every goddamn day😡
And now there’s another stupid update where I have to take a selfie of myself and then receive a passcode before I can log in. Exactly what is wrong with you people?! I have also made a transaction from my mobile money wallet to bank account and it’s been a full day close to two days and I haven’t been credited. And all your customer service representatives keep on telling me is rubbish upon rubbish 😡
