Thank you for the detailed explanation Installed open visited a few pages (7) exited app but saved 3 of the pages as bookmarks in my iPhone storage I now saw this app taking up 452mb of storage which seems insane only using it once for 10 minutes but even more problematic was after offloading the app it still took up 308mb of space? Why so huge and why not a way to clear the cache? Maybe there is but I couldn’t find. Sadly also very overpriced just for a script browser. Many browsers do what this browser charges a monthly fee for which again is just out and out pure greed 🙈🥲👎

A decent app. That a lot of people will probably try and would most likely end up buying. But I guarantee many, many, many people are not willing to pay a subscription for an app. This is the dumbest thing developers can do. It honestly makes the developers seem less trust worthy, more sleazy, and only concerned about making money. Smh

Only stays open for a few seconds before crashing. But before it did I still had a chance to see what’s locked behind IAP. It would be sad if it wasn’t so hilariously horrible. Even without the crash. The IAP makes it a 1/5

Every feature that made me want to install this browser in the first place was paywalls behind a subscription. I do not recommend to anybody who prefers their browser to be free. Use Orion, Safari, or Firefox instead. They have extensions that will do just fine.

As title says, Gear Player (Video) is great! A requested addition of +10 sec fast forward/back when you double tap right/left side of the screen would make it absolutely perfect!

Its adblock doesnt come close to Brave, (which not only is far for effective at stopping even click popups, playing youtube in the background and bypassing their latest anti-adblocks); This app more than makes up for that thanks to its brilliant, seamless integration of many POWERFUL features; this isn’t the browser for the basic user who doesnt even understand what most of the features are; related to getting information from websites, there is a learning curve to the gestures and tabbing but I swear i got it last month and bought the subscription, and now coming back to it after initially going for brave, i feel that it has gotten quicker! Anyways jts interface is beautiful especially its popup windows; ummmm here i was trying every app and userscript addon combo just to at least be able to save an ig photo… I finally found a good one that actually works in 2024 thanks to the integrated userscripts link (the only major script site I wasnt aware of)—only to realize i could simply look at all the media contents of the site using gear and easily browse and save photos like that! Its interface in that regard is much nicer than developer tools on the pc when it comes to media (as thats usually a ton of text links and folders you need to fight through to see what image is what; this app just presents all the media as thumbnails and even shows the file size so you can quickly know if its a thumbnail or not and boom, easy find. I havent tried safaris developer tools as enabling that requires me to connect to a mac— but this is one of the very very few that actually offers some developer tools. Additionally you can swap the icon from light to dark which is helpful for theme freaks like me; and all this just goes well when you have Shortcuts and Scriptable type stuff going on. Im dropping 5 stars because its a 5 start tier app but my complaints are: Full screen randomly activating and too tricky to get out, also the back swipe seems to either fail, or its too difficult to tell if you can even go back or if the page is was a whole new tab or something; idk basically you just get stuck in there and unless you are fluent in the navigation gestures and hidden functionality locations, it can trigger you lol The built in media pop up player activating itself and being too difficult to get rid of Download notification is too difficult to get rid of and too persistent Download list is nowhere to be found unless you act to the downloaded file notification Tab swi

great direction for ui/ux, but I can't get any of the design/css/tweak/etc to actually do anything. and it's pretty slow compared to safari. it needs to be way faster and the features fleshed out to be worth it as a default browser.
