Más de una hora intentando cancelar la póliza porque no me respondían y me atendieron dos agentes que no me quisieron ayudar, al final me atendió un agente llamado Tony y me hizo todo el proceso en menos de 5 minutos. 5 estrellas para Tony, si pudiera poner 0 estrellas para el servicio de atención al cliente lo haría, también la aplicación móvil es lenta, no tiene soporte técnico, perdí el acceso a mi cuenta y tampoco te ayudan a resolverlo. Stop updating the app so freaking much. Every time I try to log in, "new update". Maybe limit it to once every couple months. It's ridiculous. Or at least when logging in, give the option to "update later". Someone could be stranded on the side of the road or just in a car accident and needing to log into the app and then they have to go through the damn update? Give the option to "update later" when it's more convenient.

your AI is completely useless for any nuanced issues. we called and got through to an actual human over a 3 week issue and even they struggled because your system can’t understand even on YOUR end, yet it’s “supposed” to take less than 5 minutes and be “so easy” to change your plan online. 
the persistence in firing trained customer service agents for a computer that can’t understand any problems it wasn’t explicitly trained to solve makes the entire function pointless. 
obviously it saves you money, that’s why everyone nowadays has made the swap; it’s easier to pay for a subscription to chatgpt than it is to pay a team of actual humans who are actually helpful. a bot can’t get tired, need benefits, or have a life outside of work. except, your trade off is having angry customers no longer spending thousands of dollars a year because you’re actually impossible to work with. 
thank you for still having real humans on the phone lines. the agent was extremely helpful even with the hiccups. customer service chats have existed with real humans for years. your AI is not good enough, and it will never be good enough to replace actual humans.

EVERY time i login, it sends me a text, after waiting on it to load then it will tell me that my session has expired and i need to login, again. So I’m getting texted 2-4 times EVERY TIME i need to login. Also there seems to be no way of deactivating the 2FA to avoid this issue. I feel as if a billion dollar company could have somebody build an app that’s worth having but apparently I’m wrong.

This is the most difficult app to log into to just make a payment. It’s frustrating. I’ve only had the account for five years. They act like you’re going to steal from the account. It’s ridiculous. We have to go through just to make a payment.

I am very disappointed with how my claim has been handled. I repeatedly requested a different claim examiner because I had concerns about receiving a fair and impartial review. I contacted GEICO through messages and email, but my requests were not addressed and the same examiner remains assigned to my claim. I also requested an independent reconsideration of the liability decision and provided detailed information supporting my dispute. Unfortunately, I have not received a meaningful response. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has seriously affected my confidence in GEICO’s claim handling process.

From my experience this app is quite horrible. For starters, Face ID has never worked the first time I open the app, nor is there any button to manually activate the function; I have to close, exit and re-open the app for the Face ID function to even make an attempt, every time I wish to log in. I get logged out and have to do 2-step verification every time I close the app which is totally unnecessary and really inconvenient when dealing with a claim and needing to grab info from multiple sources at different times. Today I made a transaction and it led me to a page where it said “payment successful” but right below it also said “we could not process this transaction”. What? I constantly get stuck in endless streams of hyperlinks where I have to then hit “back” about 40 times to return to the home page. Long loading screens every time I press something are super outdated and annoying. I often get notifications for things which I already did but for some reason don’t go through on the app, the website seems to be slightly better about that. I mean with how fast the internet is these days, I shouldn’t have to sit and wait and watch a spinning animation telling me “this could take a few minutes”. I also don’t like that I often have to open a separate browser to actually complete transactions or find info because the app can’t always load everything correctly and sometimes doesn’t update right away. If I wasn’t forced to use the app for most online transactions, I would likely not be using it at all in its current state.
