App never works two years in a row I’ve missed out on my birthday offer because I can’t access my voucher on the app always says needs updating then can’t access my account! Please fix

Can’t login or register when on wifi (so disconnect to do that). Map and directions don’t work for me either, trying to drive me to Ipswich for some reason. Time to change developers 😬

Had an email for a birthday voucher but the app was asking to update (wouldn’t allow for the update) to iOS 16 or later and my phone is a few years old. Went to the store, showed and explained the issue with the app. Showed them the Birthday email, but the sales assistant and the manager wouldn’t except it. Seriously, not everyone has a brand new phone and your app should renew no matter the IOS!!

I am unable to update this app on my iPhone 6splus . It says it needs iOS 16 but in my phon ethers is no update available and mine is updated with iOS 15 . So today we went to shop and unable to scan my royalty card as my app wasn’t working . Please advise .and fix this issue .

Look it is a great app, but I have a physical rewards card and I cannot access it on the app it just gives me a new one. Plz fix

Not much happening in the app anymore

I care about my health, so it’s great to have a treat that tastes sublime! With out the chemicals. Thank you again for the yummy treats.

İ can’t use the registration offer or any vaucher and I’ve send e-mailed them but they don’t bother!! Worst app!! Better to go somewhere else instead of annoyed yourself!!
