Took money from my account after I’d cancelled the trial and before any money should have been taken and they refuse to give me a refund. Don’t waste your time unless you want to get ripped off 😡😡🤬🤬

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your phone’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases another subscription.

Cancelled trial but was still charged
I purchased this app to help a friend recover his lost iphone. The app was not able to help with it and after cancelling the service via email I was subsequently charged with the annual fee anyway. Customer service did not respond to any messages. I would not purchase this app.
Unsubsribe
Not accurate. When you unsubscribe they still take money out of account.

The app is good but it can be better as it lags the location of the people My son was 2km away from my daughter but in actual fact they were together Also shows location incorrectly - eg shows the person next door of the house that they are actually in Ps we have the premium package so we expect better location pins
