Avatar disappeared. Tried to make a new one - denied. Must pay again. Which means I’ve gotta pay twice. Poor.
Poor communication, intentional misleading
No one tells you prior to avatar deletion that you’ll have to pay for the creation of a new one. What kind of dogs market tactics is that? Lost me as a client.
Scammers - avoid!
The 6 “free” credits are fake - you can’t use them without paying £8/week first. After I paid, it still wouldn’t let me create a profile or use the app properly unless I paid another £8. Total bait-and-switch. Very disappointing and feels like a scam. Avoid.
No customer support
I accidentally removed the pack of my own photos I uploaded there, and then the purchased subscription has gone! I tried to contact customer support but no one responded to me. Lost money.

Purchase app and done few photos, than tried to change my photos with shorter hairs on and asked to pay again £7.99 same day while still 60 credits on ???????? Why?
