Get My eCard

Not able to receive code to register with Apple Pay so I’m not sure how to use the card. Called customer services and they just hung up without any advice, so they’re clearly not interested in giving me access to the funds

Doesn’t work!

I have this card for months now and I can’t use it. The company hasn’t responded to my email or queries via their forms. The only numbers to phone are for the US and Australia but I’m in Ireland.

I have had no success with this hopeless app. My voucher is declining by 3€ a month and I can't use it. This must be fraud. I will complain to the regulator

Can’t log in as there’s limited selection of symbols to type in password

This is horrendous, I’m getting nowhere with logging in. It doesn’t seem to recognise my password/email nothing. I tried setting it up all over again still nothing. So useless.. had I been given cash there would be no issue !

Brutal service nothing works on app really bad

Try to set up with both phone and email. They never send a verification code. Brutal.

What a joke of an app. Won’t even let you create an account, and if you read through the rest of the reviews, it’s probably for the best.

Can’t even create an account to access a gift card which is supported by this app
