Doesn’t let you activate the card which is ridiculous.

Terrible app, doesn’t send on verification code via email or text so can’t set up

This app should be a case study of what not to do for Ux design students.

The app doesn’t work, I can’t see my card details, it’s so frustrating I can’t use my card and they don’t reply anything on the support email

No one use PERX! They have stolen over a few thousand euro on our company, no one can contact them. Be Aware, DO NOT USE THIS APP OR PERX WHAT EVER You Do!!

This must be one of the worst apps out there along with the “help” service. My god, I’d be quicker making the card myself rather than going electronically!!!

Have received a gift card but when adding it to the app, there’s no verification code to either email nor phone number

I have 2 days since I’m trying to get a verification code which they don’t send. Fix your app

This is a terrible App. Fails to update to my new balance, instead defaults to my old card details and balance. Very little help from customer service.

In order to get past the loading screen you have to close the app and reopen it once or twice. Then once it shows your balance there is no way to view the 16 digit card number. It is supposed to allow you to view the number when you tap on it, but nope. Edit: I called customer support and figured out that you have to log out and log back in again to make the app work properly when this happens.
