## Get Set Description
Verletzungen sind in vielen Sportarten leider viel zu verbreitet. Für einen Sportler kann eine Verletzung verheerend sein und sogar eine vielversprechende Karriere beenden. Allerdings können Verletzungen vermieden werden. Zahlreiche wissenschaftliche Studien haben gezeigt, dass strukturierte Kraft- und Konditionierungsübungen das Verletzungsrisiko um mehr als 50% reduzieren können!

Get Set – Train Smarter ist das Ergebnis einer Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Internationalen Olympischen Komitee, dem Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center und mehreren norwegischen und internationalen Sportverbänden. Die Zielgruppe umfasst alle, die in Sport und körperlicher Aktivität involviert sind, angefangen bei jungen und erwachsenen Athleten und ihren Trainern bis hin zu Freizeitsportlern und Fitness-Enthusiasten jeden Alters und jeder Fähigkeitsstufe. Get Set – Train Smarter wurde entwickelt, um Sportverletzungen vorzubeugen, indem es die effektivsten und evidenzbasierten Trainingsroutinen für Ihre Bedürfnisse bereitstellt.

Alle Übungen werden durch Videos präsentiert und durch kurze Beschreibungen unterstützt, die zeigen, wie die Übung korrekt durchgeführt wird. Die Übungen werden mit Variationen präsentiert, oft mit einer sportartspezifischen Note, sowie mit 3 Schwierigkeitsstufen, um sie anspruchsvoller zu gestalten, während Sie Fortschritte machen. Die Get Set-Übungen sind darauf ausgelegt, mit minimalem Equipment durchgeführt zu werden, um sie sicher und einfach anzuwenden, egal wo Sie sich gerade befinden, drinnen oder draußen. Die Übungsvideos können auch auf Ihr Gerät heruntergeladen werden, um sie offline anzusehen und so von Get Set zu profitieren, egal wo Sie sind.

Unter "Sport" finden Sie eine umfassende Auswahl an Sommer- und Wintersportarten, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihre spezifische Sportart abgedeckt ist. Das Übungsprogramm für jede Sportart ist sorgfältig auf ihr einzigartiges Verletzungsrisikoprofil zugeschnitten und bietet spezialisierte Anleitungen für eine Vielzahl von Aktivitäten. Zusätzlich gibt es die Möglichkeit, Übungen zu entdecken, die auf verschiedene Körperteile Ihrer Wahl abzielen und darauf ausgelegt sind, Verletzungen in Schlüsselbereichen wie Schulter, Rücken, Leiste, Oberschenkel, Knie und Knöchel zu verhindern.
