Ich habe versucht Getaround zu kontaktieren, sie haben aber keine Rufnummer und ich wusste nicht, dass die einzige Möglichkeit sie zu kontaktieren über ein online-Form. Danach hat der Vermieter das Radio mithilfe eines unbekannten Werkstatts abgebaut und fotografiert. Diese Fotos wurden dann als Beweis vorgelegt und haben von mir insge. 920€ verlangt. Ich versuche gerade das Geld rechtlich zurückzufordern.
