Easy way to travel

I had the pleasure of having Islam Ahmed as my guide during my Agra tour, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we started, Islam provided me with detailed information about everything we saw, including the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. What I appreciated the most was his excellent connections—everyone seems to know him, which made our journey seamless. I didn’t have to wait in any lines, and everything was organized perfectly. Additionally, Islam is an outstanding photographer! He took countless photos of me at every site, capturing memories I will cherish forever. He gave me the freedom to explore at my own pace and made sure I was comfortable and happy at every step. I paid a month in advance for an entrance ticket to the Louvre for a specific date, and when I arrived I discovered that the ticket I was sold was for the day the Louvre was closed and here it is after driving an hour each way and it took me an hour to realize that it was true. But they did not take responsibility, did not agree to provide and did not even agree to give us entry the next day even though they had tickets, so because of their mistake I paid a much higher price (the difference between buying tickets a month in advance and the day before) and I lost 3 hours of my vacation, bad service and very unpleasant. J'ai payé un mois à l'avance un billet d'entrée au Louvre pour une date précise, en arrivant j'ai découvert que le billet qu'ils m'avaient vendu était pour le jour de fermeture du Louvre et c'est après avoir roulé une heure dans chaque sens et ça a pris m'a donné une heure pour réaliser que c'était vrai. Mais ils n'ont pas assumé leurs responsabilités, n'ont pas accepté de compenser et n'ont même pas accepté de nous donner l'entrée le lendemain même s'ils avaient des billets, donc à cause de leur erreur, j'ai payé un prix beaucoup plus élevé (la différence entre acheter des billets un mois à l'avance et la veille) et j'ai perdu 3 heures de mes vacances, mauvais service et très désagréable. שילמתי חודש מראש על כרטיס כניסה ללובר לתאריך ספציפי כשהגעתי גיליתי שהכרטיס שמכרו לי הוא ליום שהלובר סגור וזה אחרי שנסעתי שעה לכל כיוון ולקח לי שעה להבין שזה נכון. אבל הם לא לקחו אחריות לא הסכימו לפצות ואפילו לא הסכימו לתת לנו כניסה ליום למחרת למרות שהיו להם כרטיסים, אז בגלל טעות שלהם שילמתי מחיר גבוה בהרבה (ההבדל בין לקנות כרטיסים חודש מראש ויום לפני) ובזבזתי 3 שעות מהחופשה, שירות גרוע ומאוד לא נעים.
