I found a discount code which worked, its has shown in the cart that discount applied but the checkout price was the same, their promoted 10% for new users was another lie, couldnt get the email even made 2nd new account. We had no time to look longer, but would not use it in the future…

I booked two tours - finding meeting points is a challenge on its own, furthermore - Pantheon ticket pick up is 700 meters away from Pantheon - I booked a fast track ticket with audioguide - when I get there I find out that Pantheon on Sunday is free, I paid just for audioguide and to get to the Pantheon is a 3 hour line. Nobody picks up the phone, no cuatomer service, no cancellation possible. Avoid at all costs its a SCAM

The refund policy doesn’t work. They simply ignore your request and eventually close the ticket without resolution. It's a scam. I strongly advise against using this app.
