Me and my sister had booked an organized trip that was private. It turned into a real nightmare. It started with us only being given ribbons and subsequently left alone without any indication of where and who to follow to get to the speedboat. We had to idly take care of it ourselves. When it then went on with the boat and we have reached the port, our completely annoyed driver was already standing there. He was also our guide. He always ran ahead, did not turn around and would have lost us if we had not hung on his verses, like maniacs. In addition, we got no explanatory material to the places we visited,... When this ,,tour" now came to an end and we took the speedboat back to Sanur, our driver from the morning was also not to be found. We had to make phone calls until after an eternity, this gentleman came. This explained and apologized not according to and saw no guilt in his actions, this gentleman is not suitable for such an activity. In addition, we were almost victims of a traffic accident by him, by waving over despite enormous traffic.Thus, our organized trip, which should avoid stress, became one of the most stressful events here in Bali. If I could give zero points, I would do so. I strictly advise against this trip and hope the drivers involved will be held accountable, because this unprofessional behavior is outrageous!
