Will never use again. Our guide didn’t show and the interface took a long time to help us figure out the situation. Unfortunately, Get Your Guide was not able to resolve the situation and we ended up wasting a lot of our vacation time.

Our tour guide Ahsan was great. He drove us to many places in Osaka and Nara. He is very patient and pleasant. He showed us around where we wanted to go with smile. We like to move around, and he had to drive around many places, but he assured us that it’s his job to give great service. I definitely recommend to book your tour with Ahsan when you’re in Osaka.

This is a great tour. The views are very scenic and the closer you get to the castle the better!! Once you get to the top the views are nothing short of spectacular!!! It was like nothing I’ve ever seen before in my life. I only wish I could have stayed overnight or even a few days in the town of Heidelberg. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and patient and friendly. I’d do it again in a heartbeat ❤️

The site is good to buy tickets to some activities/events but is a pain to stop unwanted notifications.

Our first GetYourGuide tour was in Barcelona. Everything about it was top-notch the guide, the driver and the vehicle. Vicente was a very nice tour guy. He is very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of our questions without reservations. Great guys. Our next tour with GetYourGuide was in Malaga. Pepe was excellent. He knowledgeable and more than willing to assist in any way possible. Great individual.
