Stay away from this booking site they will rip you off. Charged me more for a speed boat ride than the actual company charges that supply the rides.

Stupid app
Received ticket via email with link to open in app. Clicked on the link, create account, verify email, go back to email open ticket in app , click on the link sign in, no ticket, go back to email same thing again…
100% reliable
My daughter put me on to this app as she used in Europe. Used in recent trip to Thailand and everything went smoothly. Easy to use and good network of tour operators.
Pick up location
I can’t change the pick up location on this app if I put the wrong address by mistake I can’t Chung it I have to cancel the whole booking

Have to use app
I purchased tickets with this company on their website. Once receiving the confirmation email the only way to get your tickets is to download the app (no pdf attached to email). Then even when you’re on the app the only way to get the tickets off is to screen shot them. I don’t even want this app, just the tickets. This is a ridiculous system.
Issue solved
Initially I was disappointed and angry at the app. However, help centre helped me sort issues out and tours went smoothly. Highly recommended
Won’t refund
Only will refund 50% of ONE person if a medical cert is provided. That’s $87NZD refund for a $360NZD trip, the medical certificate cost MORE than the refund would. Extremely hard to do even get one when that person cannot leave the room due to being very sick. A risk to take when booking I understand, but very unhelpful, wouldn’t let us reschedule to another date. Wouldn’t refund a single cent. Considering we have booked a couple times with these guys, WILL NOT BE BOOKING EVER AGAIN. 1 star. Zero help with resolving the issue. Didn’t expect full refund but possibly partial or a reschedule.
Worked when started from first use, but not helpful after
We got guidance for offered activities. It worked as expected. Later we tried to put in our own destinations/businesses, but app wouldn’t play. Gave up
Excellent tool for booking all our trips.
Great app for good pricing and sometimes the only available way to get a ticket for the day you want. We booked all our trips with this and got some really good deals.
