Excellent service, friendly driver.

Pick up address was wrong, we were quoted £20-£25, charged £28.80. Don’t like paying before assigning a driver so won’t use again.

The old version you could easily book a taxi on account. Can’t seem to do that now.

Really angry. This app works badly with Voice Over so takes repeated frustrating tries to book anything. Taxis are automatically cancelled after 20 mins of waiting and you have to start all over again. Worse, I got ripped off. At the end of my journey the driver told me he had turned off the meter as the estimate was a price I had accepted. Needless to say it was higher than the usual fare. This has happened to other friends too. Better to phone and book if you don't want cheated.

Used this twice to pre book airport travel a day in advance and there is never a taxi available. Pre book means it’s booked. Waste of time. Use Uber

Interface does not support the idea of a non-flight related pickup at airport but insists on having arrival plane details. Once that was entered, with current time as that is all that can be done, then when the Save button was pressed the ApplePay screen flicked up and then off. I was unable to book this time though the app and reverted to telephoning and got a taxi no bother.

Easy to use app and great service

Pre-booked the taxi the previous evening on the app. After 25mins after the agreed pick up time no driver was assigned. I rang after 10mins over the time but they were unable to confirm when a driver would be made available. I do not accept the stock answer response in other reviews of lack of drivers due to COVID. A company shouldn’t take bookings they can not and they know they will not be able to fulfil. Left late for work now. I’d look elsewhere if reliability is a factor.

Been using the app for over a year, yet the update is not ideal. I’d prefer to use a map to pinpoint my exact drop off rather than guess an address. Also taxi’s seem to be taking longer to be accepted, which is highly frustrating when you can see multiple vehicles in the area. Ye know they are just refusing the fare. A regular user for getting to work at 0400, yet due to the app, I’ve been late too many times, I’m having to reconsider my options.

i really don’t like the new app. i can’t book a wheelchair accessible cab and i used to in previous app.
