You are an insurance company. Stick to that. The insurance features are absolutely garbage. Randomly it will say my username/password is wrong (force close the app will fix it). Try to swipe to see my son’s insurance card again, wrong password. Go to settings and switch dependent to my son - magically the username works. It is clear no real user feedback was considered.
