Great app, easy to use. Have the following suggestions 1. Pedestrian can’t be added as regular visitors. They also need to be catered for. 2. Why can’t I set a regular visitor to start from the following day? 3. If one unit or stand number is registered why can’t the accounts be linked for better and efficient access control of visitors.

The app no longer provides notifications of entry and exit of deliveries. It returns errors more often than not. Please debug

Possibly the worst piece of software I have ever used. Needs to be brought into the 21st century I wish I could persuade our estate to ditch this and move to another offering from another provider.

The biggest reason I use this app is for letting people into my estate and that experience is really bad. First off, you used to have favourites so I could access it quickly. That’s gone in the recent version. Then, every time I add a delivery, it doesn’t immediately show me the pin. Why do I have to go hunting for it in the history when that’s the whole point of logging a delivery? Just give it to me right then and there. You also rolled back the functionality that would do real-time search when typing in a delivery company so now I have to type the whole name. Why? Also, please remove the ads, they’re so annoying. Why is the end user seeing those when we’re not the ones paying for the app??

The app does what it does well. However I see ads, which seems strange in an app I would assume the community management pay a good amount of money for. And you gave completely broken iPad functionality by making it portrait only. I have my iPad docked 90% off the time for work and having to take it out of the dock just to do something in the app is not good for my productivity

I recently had the pleasure of using the Gated Community App, It seamlessly combines functionality, ease of use, and a sleek design, making it an absolute joy to navigate. The group bookings and the “remote access" option using the QR code not working after latest update. Also sad to have annoying ads on the screen in the app. Should have a section for that if you want to see the ads
