Good Customer Service
I used this app a lot of times in Romania and Moldova and when there were problems with an order customer service managed well and proactively the situations. The app itself is really well programmed and the GUI is really intuitive. I hope they expand and keep this level.

înainte de a folosi aplicația glovo foloseam bolt food dar din păcate am avut 3 surprize cu livrările lor(mai exact de 2 ori mâncarea răsturnată și odată mâncarea rece)în schimb la glovo am avut un produs lipsă și am primit instant un voucher

Респект власникам за концепт та неймовірно зворушливий результат!!! Перед історія: Всього навсього згорів блок живлення на роутер зранку. Знаходжу неподалік новий, справа за малим, Доставити)) За годину роблю заявку на Кабанчик, відгукується бажаючий, обіцяють до 19:00 виконати замовлення. Як ви вже здогадалися ніхто нічого не виконав і ще й трубку не беруть. А ость тут саме цікаве, я не здався, самі розумієте вечором без інтернету…. Находжу Глово, встановлюю додаток о 20:00, 15 хвилин туплю поки розбираюся що до чого)) і “voilà” замовлення вже в роботі! В 20:15 прийняли а в 20:30 вже забрали замовлення. І тут саме цікаве, в 20:36 замовлення вже на місці. Дякую за роботу! Курьеру пропоную дати позивний «Блискавка»
My ordered was cancelled 2x and they dont want to send back my refund!!!!!!
My ordered was cancelled 2x and i didnt even get my refund!!!! They emailed me that they wont send my refund it was almost 50€ im so mad!!!!! Dont use this app.
Service après vente déplorable et voleur
C’est simple, si vous recevez la commande avec des articles pas correct Glovo se permet simplement de nous indiquer qu’ils transmettent le message pour éviter que ça se reproduit .. sauf que ça se reproduit souvent. On a droit à des agents qui répondent systématiquement par des texte pré fait copier coller, un chat bot ferait un meilleur travail. Pour résumer, Glovo c’est « bien » tant que vous n’avez pas de problème. Un vrai arnaque
