I’m very disappointed with the Glovo app. Orders are constantly late and the estimated delivery times are never accurate. On multiple occasions, my order never even arrived. This kind of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
Glowo brzi i povoljniji, ali ozbiljno
Naplaćeni su proizvodi koju nisu dostavljeni, nemojte plaćati unaprijed. Dostavljači ljubazni ali korisnička Sluzba nije od pomoći.

I’ve been using Glovo for a long time, but I’m really disappointed lately. Why did you remove the option to pay with cash? Not everyone has a bank card or wants to use one for online orders. Many families and individuals rely on cash – now we’re basically excluded from using the app. Are we not supposed to eat if we don’t have a card? This is unfair and inconsiderate, especially in areas where cash is still the main way of paying. Bring back the cash option – this decision is hurting loyal customers!
Dostavljač mi je jutros dostavio naručenu pizzu koja je bila u kutiji a kad se kutija otvorila pizza je bila skasena
After ordering pancakes, estimated time for delivery was 35 min. After some time it just prolonged and afterwards we got our 2 pancakes which costed 14,30€ cold and tasteless one and half hour later. In meantime we contacted restaurant and also GLOVO support, they convinced us that they cant cancel order and give us our money back till the process of delivery is still ongoing. When we got out pancakes we immediately took a picture of the invoice and pic of food but ofcourse support from Glovo responded that they are not able to male a refund if the reason is cold food and prolonged time of delivery. Sooo neveer eever I will order through this platform, again, not me, also not my whole family. We all suddendly deleted app!
