E le mie patatine?
Bella app peccato che mi fotte i soldi: nei miei ordini manca sempre qualcosa, qualcosa che io ho comunque pagato e che se non volevo non avrei speso soldi. Questo gioco ruba i soldi, considerando che non sono la prima a cui accade pensate a tutti i, magari anche pochi, soldi spesi di ogni persona, ci sfruttano.

Scam alert! Cannot view subscription
If you subscribe to monthly thing with paypal, they’ll keep charging you until you remove the payment method. There’s no proper way to cancel the subscription from the App or even see when the subscription ends! Probably a violation of app rules. They will not refund you for unintended renewals although there’s no way to even see when your subscription ends (unlike in App store apps usually). A clear scam.
Bad connection with restaurants
I don’t have problems with the app, it works fine. However, the app is not responsible for the restaurants. Restaurants can cancel an order at any time. 3 stars, because the app can’t come to an agreement with the restaurants. The app must be more demanding to the suppliers (restaurants and cafés). Buggy mess
No matter how many times I gave the correct location it kept showing vendors too far away. When I finally found a restaurant that delivers to my location the order was pending for 45min and was then cancelled.
Very bad costumar service
Courrier did not pick the food. Wanted to cancell the order. I wanted my food to be delivered. They did not say anything else
Very poor payment process and app crashing
Very poor payment process and app crashing. Select cash then give select exact amount and tip and find out that hey it’s not accepted for this order. Selected Apple Pay and app crashes. Select credit card, same thing happens as with Apple Pay. None of these problems with Uber Eats or Foodora etc
