SCAMMER
Ich wohne in Spanien seit einigen Monaten und bestelle daher mein Essen meistens über Glovo. Die App ist auf Englisch eingestellt bei mir. Die Übersetzungen bzw. Die Informationen von Gerichten kann falsch sein. Ich habe etwas erhalten das ich nicht essen kann und ich habe sehr viel dafür bezahlt. Doch weder der Kundenservice noch ein Supervisor konnten mir nicht helfen oder mir mein Geld zurück geben. Ich gebe doch nicht Geld aus um Essen zu kaufen das ich gar nicht essen kann!!? Unfähig, Inkompetent!

Last time money was only refunded partly, this time money is not refunded at all. I tried to reach customer service but only get answers from a bot which is then ending the conversation. It‘s bad
horrible!
I ordered the first time and chose the free shipping trial. In the end I didn’t receive 3/9 of the items and had to pay shipping. The customer support does not care at all and does not resolve the issue. I also can’t contact them anymore, because from their side, the case is solved. Never ever ordering again. I lost money and had to go to the store myself anyways..
Late delivery and bad service
My order has been 2h delayed and as I contacted the service they only texted in Italian even tho I don’t speak it and didn’t order it in Italy. Absolutely bad experience
